This research is based on the phenomenon of learning outcomes experienced by each student. Learning achievements are meant not only in academic fields marked numbers/grades study evaluation results sheet but also non-academic with a broader scope. SD Plus Mutiara Ilmu which carries concept multiple intelligences already uses educational principles according to latest curriculum guidelines. In addition, existence schools relatively low level public awareness education can make proud achievements. Interestingly, this school has dormitory for students who come from out town. interesting explore further considering that elementary units still quite rare dormitories. qualitative-descriptive approach data collection using oral interview techniques and field observations.
